Our management audit is the only way to make professional competences visible, especially in task-oriented situations. Potential is identified here, and appropriate development needs are identified, in order to plug any potential gaps. A major part of a person’s success depends on the professional competences they have learned and applied. Our management audit uses a scientifically accredited competence model which is applicable worldwide and is based on Bartram’s Great Eight.
